These are the companies Spotless currently relies on, and exactly what each one receives. Our Privacy Policy describes them by category, so this list can stay current without the policy changing every time a vendor does.
Current providers

| Convex | Backend and database hosting | Your account record and the places associated with it. |
| Google Places API | Nearby restaurant discovery | The coordinates of the map area you are looking at. Not tied to your account, and no history is kept. |
| Anthropic | Plain-English inspection summaries | Public inspection records only — restaurant names, violation text, inspection dates. Nothing about you. |
| Vercel | Website hosting | Standard web server request logs. |
Changes
If we replace a provider with another doing the same job, we update this page. If we ever begin sending your personal information somewhere it does not go today — to an AI provider, for instance — that is a change to what we do, not merely to whom, and we will update the Privacy Policy and tell you in the app before it takes effect.
